Large and Small Rooms
The Omokoroa Pavilion has a flexible layout for corporate workshops and off-site days, with two rooms available. The largest room will comfortably hold 150 people, the smaller, 70 people.

The Omokoroa Pavilion has complimentary high-speed Mesh Wi-Fit and AV options to suit most business offsite days needs

Can the spaces be configured for different workshop styles (U-Shape vs. Classroom)?
Absolutely. The spaces in the pavilion are almost blank slates - you can arrange the space to suit your needs, with the only restrictions being the placement of the AV screens in both rooms which are fixed. These are set to be viewed from the entire room however, so this is not normally an issue.
Is there dedicated high-speed Wi-Fi for video conferencing and digital collaboration?
The pavilion has a fibre connection, which is then available through WiFi using a mesh system throughout the pavilion. There is no black spots, and the speed is quick!
Do you offer reduced hire rates for longer bookings?
The pavilion hire rates are calculated per hour, but we limit the maximum charge per booking per day to eight hours - so if you stay for 12 hours - we only change you for 8.
Do you offer reduced hire rates for local businesses?
Yes! If your business is on the peninsula - contact us for a reduced booking rate!
Are there breakout areas available for smaller group discussions?
We have access to meeting rooms inside the pavilion that are part of the Western Bay of Plenty District Council offices. If these are available please we can book these are part of your pavilion booking.
